Handmade Creations

Every Otway Fae creation is lovingly handmade in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are to be expected and are part of what makes each item unique.

Product Images

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe every item. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of our products are one-off creations. Once sold, they cannot be replicated exactly, making each piece a unique treasure.

 

Returns & Refunds

As a small handmade business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want an item.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.

Shipping

We take great care in packaging every order. Once your parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Decorative Use

Many Otway Fae products, including our decorative potion bottles, are intended for decorative purposes only. They are not suitable for consumption.

Children should always be supervised when using our potion kits. Some kits may contain small parts that could present a choking hazard for young children.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, artwork, logos, and written content on this website remain the property of Otway Fae and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
